The short answer is a platform designed to help:

- educate about the practical use of Open Source software
Our goal is to put into place a system to:
- help Open Source developers earn a better living doing what they love to do: develop and support Open Source software and
- to provide infrastructure and know-how to facilitate the adoption of Open Source software in businesses.
We provide several free services for Clients/Companies who want to do things like announce Bounties, Call for Tenders, Grants, want to find an Open Source eXpert nearby or announce
