About Bluenog:

Bluenog is a software and services firm that provides enterprises with best-fit IT solutions to solve common business challenges, maximizing

the benefits of both open source and commercial software. There has been an explosion in the interest for open source software;

percentage-wise it is still a small portion of the overall IT spend in organizations. Most organizations will settle on a “hybrid” approach,

whereby both Open Source and Commercial Software will be blended to provide the most flexible and cost effective solutions for

organizations.

Bluenog bridges the gap between Open Source and Commercial Software. Our seasoned team will assist you in many areas of IT governance,

including:
•	Evaluation of Open Source technologies and which ones (if any) are right for you
•	A software stack – based on existing open source technologies – that will complement the IT base infrastructure in your organization
•	Full support (on a subscription basis) of your open source stack, the Bluenog stack, and selected commercial software stacks

Bluenog’s full service model gives you the flexibility you need to pick the right technologies for you – fully supported – without following

hyped-up solutions or overpriced point solutions. Bluenog will advise on the areas where open source can be effective and how to proactively

manage the use and benefits of open source software in cooperation with your existing and future commercial software investments.
